I tried to picture the guitar the best that I could, showing where the spots were that I questioned. The neck is pretty straight which my neighbor said was a good thing. Tuning knob strip is loose on the back on one side. Strap wear is evident and it is missing bridge and strings. It is an arch top and he told me not to refinish it but let it be sold as it is. A neighbor(Plays professionally in a country/bluegrass group) told me that it is more than likely from the 1950's or early 60's but probably the 50's. This is an older acoustic guitar that was made by Silvertone. Bid with confidence, no returns but I describe 100 percent accurate and will consider returns for any misleading information. This is in pretty good shape considering it's age but admittedly neaes work to bring it back to playing glory. This would be cool as a wall hanger as is or if you would like a neck reset project that would couble your money once it is. Comes in a thin chipboard hardsided case. Sounds cool be not very playable above the 5th fret as it sets. Has a great flame look to it and I love the art deco headstock. In the last picture you should be able to see that the strings don't follow the same line as the neck so it is skewed as well. It has High playing action at the 12 fret and you can see a little seperation at the body. Is missing a pickguard(didn't come with it when I purchased it) The neck definately needs a reset.
